On school days when schools are in session, if the Montgomery Co. School System or Montgomery County Schools are closed or have delayed openings, there will be no performances at the Puppet Co. Playhouse that day.
On non-school days or weekends, if inclement weather occurs, the park administration may choose to close the park for safety reasons.
To find out if the park is open, call the park hotline at (301) 320-2330 or (301) 634-2222 x 9. Decisions are made each day by 7:00 am.
If the Park is not open, the performances will be cancelled and patrons will be contacted ASAP to reschedule or receive a refund. It is best if we contact you, so as to avoid our being flooded with calls (which will delay the process).
Bear in mind, the Park could re-open in time for the shows to continue. For instance, if the Park re-opens at noon, the 1:00 pm performance would continue as planned.
