The Puppet Co. Playhouse offers classes and workshops for kids and adults to get involved in the Art of Puppetry. Listed below are our current offerings. Registration is through Glen Echo Park at 301-634-2226. For registration details, download this PDF.

Simple Rod Puppets for the Budding Artist (Ages 6–12) $30

Playhouse Studio
Can you build an articulated puppet from
sticks, string, beads, paper and glue? Yes! These are easy rod
puppets that anyone can make and enjoy. Each student will
make a puppet from a classic story. Must be able to color, cut
well with scissors, and glue. Supplies included. 1 session.

Make a Santa Claus Hand Puppet! (Ages 12–Adult) $40

We’ll supply the basic pieces, you construct and decorate the
“jolly old elf” right down to the tassle on his hat! Supplies
included. 1 session.
