Toyland

Bad ol’ Barnaby (aka “the crooked man”) is up to no good, and Mother Goose, Little Bo Peep, and Tom the Piper’s son must find the Toymaker, stop the bad guy, and sing their way to a happy ending. Tom is the Toymaker’s apprentice, but he likes to take the easy way of doing things.  When the Toymaker is netted by Mr. Barnaby and a bumbling cat, Tom must take the advice of Mother Goose and Bo Peep, and follow hard road through the “Forest of No Return” for the rescue.  This adaptation of Victor Herbert’s musical fantasy includes such familiar pieces as “Toyland” and “March of the Toys.”
